If you would like to post in the rest of the arguments, you only need to be registered.... in order to have your own password.
In the main page you will found the "login" window.... the phrase "nuovo utente?" mean "new user?" .... then following the instruction you can register your nick and your password!
Please advise us if you have furters problems!
