In teoria nn dovrebbe succedere niente, in quanto è solo un filtro sportivo, fa passare molto piu' velocemente l'olio e filtra meglio le impurità, come dice la dicitura a fondo pagina dell'articolo:

Alla fine è come il filtro olio motore K&N, secondo me lo puoi montare tranquillamente. E' un piccolo upgrade
