Test TPS
:( Ho testato il tps ome suggerito da beppe (con spilli e ditale rubati alla vecchia).
Dall'alto verso il basso i tre cavetti sono nero, blu e grigio.
Tra grigio e nero ci sono 5v. Tra grigio e blu 3,5v. Tra nero e blu ci sono 0,5 al minimo e 3,8v a tavoletta.
[?] Il problema è che il motore si mette in moto e funziona (male: cioè accelero e fa bouuuuu-wrumm) sia con il connettore inserito che disinserito!!!???
Non è che per caso il problema possa essere imputabile al MAS (mass air flow) che è sotto al corpo farfallato?

Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor.Front of engine, below Throttle Body. 185 Ohms @ 210F, 3400 Ohms @ 68F, 7,500 Ohms @ 39 F.
Engine Oil Temperature Sensor. Left rear of engine, just above the oil filter. 185 Ohms @ 210 F, 3400 Ohms @ 68 F, 7,500 Ohm @39 F.
Oil Pressure Sender/Switch. Top, left hand rear of engine. 1 Ohms @ 0 PSI, 43 Ohms @ 30 PSI, 86 Ohms @ 6PSI.
Fuel Quantity Sender. Top of fuel tank, beneath filler pipe escutcheon panel. 0 Ohms @ Empty, 45 Ohms @ 1/2 Full, 90 Ohms @ Full.
MAT (Manifold Absolute Temperature Sensor). Underside of manifold air plenum at rear. 185 Ohms @ 210 F, 3400 Ohms @ 70 F, 15,000 Ohms @ 40 F.
Outside Temperature Sensor. Right side of engine, top right corner of radiator. 4400 Ohms @ 60 F, 2200 Ohms @ 85 F.
In Car Temp Temperature Sensor. Coupe: above left seat near interior courtesy light, Convertible: center of cargo compartment lid. 4400 Ohms @ 60 F, 2200 Ohms @ 85 F.
MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor. Front of engine ahead of throttle body. .4 Volts @ idle, 5 Volts @ Full Throttle.
Oxygen (O2) Sensor. Left side of engine, in exhaust pipe. .1 Volt Lean Mixture, .9 Volt Rich Mixture.
TPS (Throttle Position Sensor). Right side of throttle body at the front. .54 Volts Idle, ~ 5 Volts Full Throttle.

I valori sono ad occhio coerenti, l'importante è controllarli nel posto giusto.
Ma, giusto per idea, dato che la macchina al minimo gira bene ma non prende i giri, non è che non riesce a scaricare? nel senso di catalizzattore o marmitta parzialmente ostruito?

Moli.... a tavoletta dovrebbe essere circa 4 ma 3.8 sono abbastanza per segnalare che sei a tavoletta.
Piuttosto.... tu parli di MAS e poi dici che si tratta del mass air FLOW sensor..[?]
Il MA(F) NON è montato sui 91 !!!! sei sicuro che è un 91?? i 90 e 91 L98 hanno strategia speed density e funzionano con un MAP sensor (manifold absolute pressure).
In ogni caso il MAF se presente non è sotto il corpofarfallato (li a lato c'è l'IAC) ma è tra il filtro e il corpo farfallato e sta nella parte di tubo dritto.
Posta il Vin number e stabiliamo una volta per tutte l'anno.

:DLa macchina è certamente un 91 anche se ora non ho sottomano il vin. Se beppe dice che il MAF non è montato sui 91 è certamente vero io l'ho solamente buttato li, mi scuso per la mia ignoranza è che sono un po' attapirato.
La macchina non è che non sale di giri ma prima di salire ritarda di uno due secondi con un forte "rumore di aspirazione". Tra i mille e tre mila gire rompe un poco poi gira regolare se la tengo a 4000 sta lì per un po' poi tende a scendere. Se invece dal minimo schiaccio a tavoletta borbotta come se volesse spegnersi.
Con una marcia inserita (è autom.) si muove al minimo se schiaccio non va borbotta e basta.
Inizio a pensare di essermela giocata definitivamente.

Il Map sensor è collegato a una fonte di vacuum??

Con il VIN si può vedere bene che modello è, che motore monta, i bollettini tecnici, gli schemi elettrici e schemi depressioni.
Senza di quello ragioniamo a vuoto.

La macchina è a 30km da dove mi trovo. Nel weekend vado a fare ancora una qualche verifica e prendo nota del vin.
Tengo a precisare che mi sto improvvisando meccanico. Il test ALDL che è, che serve per farlo?

Fermo restando che sarebbe utile attaccare un tester e vedere se la centralina presenta guasti o meno, l'unico difetto riconosciuto da GM con le tue precise caratteristiche riguarda la pompa benzina; visto che dici che si accentua a caldo. Si può controllarne la pressione con un apposito manometro che normalmente qualsiasi autoriparatore possiede.
Se fosse così:

CORRECTION:
---------- Use Section 6E3 of the appropriate service manual to diagnose possible fuel system related problems. The vehicle may need to be operated under a load while monitoring fuel pressure to detect the problem.
IMPORTANT: MAKE CERTAIN THE FUEL SYSTEM IS PERFORMING TO SPECIFICATIONS BEFORE OTHER ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM COMPONENTS ARE SERVICED.
PROCEDURE:

[^]Grazie Christian. Ti rangrazio tantissimo per il tuo interessamento
Fare il test per la centralina non è semplicissimo in quanto qui in zona sembra che nessun meccanico lo abbia, per non dire la faccia che fanno quando glielo chiedo, forse a Pavia trovo qualcuno. Mal che vada te la porterò presso la tua officina purtroppo il mezzo non potrà venirci sulle sue ruote. Se vuoi venire tu (sai se maometto non va alla mantagna...) ti pago la trasferta e il pranzo in un buon ristorante sulle colline piacentine.
In ogni caso devo rimandare tutti questi lavori a gennaio in quanto ora sono incasinato con altro (vedi dentista che mi sta costando più di un v8 nuovo).
Prima di tutto il patatrak con il radiatore e problemi connessi la macchina ogni tanto dava "soon service" quando viaggiavo per un po'(30") a velocità costante. Se invece tiravo non si accendeva mai.
Quindi qualche problema latente deve sempre averlo avuto.

A Pavia c'è un concessionario ufficiale GM.
Non mi risulta però che lavori su vetture non ufficiali, dovresti chiedere. Purtroppo non li conosco personalmente per poterti aiutare.
