Dear Corvette-Club-Friends,

After conversations with friends of several Corvette-Clubs the idea was born to organize a national or even international meeting of Corvette Clubs during the Whitsun days 2006.

The beautiful Thuringian Forest was selected as location for the meeting, which lies in the middle of Germany.

The Hotel Ringberg in the town Suhl offered a special Whitsun arrangement with decent prices and good additions to our planned program.

The already arranged room contingent of 80 double rooms and 20 single rooms can be booked from now until the 28th of April 2006. The room reservation can be accomplished under the following telephone number:

with the KEYWORD „CORVETTE-TREFFEN 2006“. The room reservation has to be taken care of by each participant individually. No advance payment necessary.

The planning for the master program is already in progress, whereby we would like to show you the beauty of the Thuringian Forest and to give you the opportunity to get to know each other. There will also be the possibility to go on tour individually. For early arrivers we are planning a short tour already on Friday afternoon. The meeting will be over on Whit Monday after breakfast.

Please inform all your Club members of the Club-Meeting 2006 as soon as possible to enable them to coordinate this meeting with their holiday planning.

Of course, I am hoping for an active participation and good “gasoline discussions”. I am looking forward to you all!

please would you inform your friends that they should make reservation at the Hotel, if they know, that they are comming to themeeting. Because 50 of the 80 rooms are already gone. It´s not a problem anyway, because they can cancel up to two days (30th of May)to the event the room.

my wife and myself are driving this weekend to Suhl, to clear out the last facts. Remember, the rooms are getting shorter any day´s.
If you still like to come and attend, so you should make reservations.

Nice Pool-area and the food is very good also.
The tours on the three days are also planned and put into the roadbook.
On Saturdy we will drive to the event "German Race Wars" ti Eisenach.
That will be a thrill for most of our Vettedrivers, too.
